Chop vegetables (eggplant, zucchini)&lt;br /&gt;and place in with spaghetti.&lt;br /&gt;Step 2 (Preparing creamy sauce)&lt;br /&gt;Melt butter, add flour and stir till consistent, add stock&lt;br /&gt;while sturring until thick and creamy, then take off heat.&lt;br /&gt;Step 3 (Mixing all ingredients)&lt;br /&gt;Strain vegetables and spaghetti and place back in pan with&lt;br /&gt;oil over low heat.
