Meaty Lasagne (Made in HK)

Thanks to the following ingredients:
Meat sauce: Mince meat, bacon, onion, chopped tomatoes, carrots, mushrooms, tomato concentrate, balsamic vinegar, garlic and spices
Bechamel sauce: flour, butter, stock, grated cheddar cheese
Cheese: mozzarella
Lasagne sheets - flour, egg

Step 1 (preparation of lasagne sheets) 
Pour flour onto bench and create a hole in the middle, add to eggs and slowly stir flour into eggs with a fork. 
Stir until mixed, fold over and roll into a ball and cover with flour then cling film and leave for as long as possible. 
Roll out into thin sheets, cut rectangular strips that can be used for lasagne sheeting.

Step 2 (preparation of vegetables) 
Cut up the vegetables and bacon - carrot, onion, mushroom and garlic
Simmer vegetables and meat with mince in frypan on medium heat with oil and a bit of water

Step 2 (simmering sauce)Add chopped tomatoes, concentrate, balsamic vinegar and garlic and add to simmering vegetables
Also sprinkle some oregano, salt, pepper and a small
dusting of sugar.
When vegetables have become soft and 
tender add the
tinned tomatoes and a dash of red wineStep 3 (bechamel sauce)
In a saucepan melt a large tablespoon of butter then add
two table spoons of flour and stir into paste
Prepare vegetable stock in boiling water and then add to
paste and keep stirring over low heat
Add sprinklings of paprika and parmesan, stir through and
take off heatStep 4 (layering of lasagne)
Layer ingredients in the dish - vegetable sauce, lasagne
sheets (approx 3), bechamel sauce, vegetable sauce and
so on
Last layer lasagne sheets, bechamel sauce torn
mozzarella
Place on middle shelf of oven at 180 degrees
celcius for 10-15min or until golden

Crazy Cabonara (Made in Italy)

(Not your ordinary cabonara)



Thanks to the following ingredients:

Spaghetti, eggplant, mushroom, zucchini, butter, flour,
vegetable stock, parmasean, egg (1), olive oil, basil, garlic,
salt, pepper



Step 1 (Boiling spaghetti) Place a handfull of spaghetti into a big pan
with boiling water, salt and oil. Chop vegetables (eggplant, zucchini)
and place in with spaghetti.
Step 2 (Preparing creamy sauce)
Melt butter, add flour and stir till consistent, add stock
while sturring until thick and creamy, then take off heat.
Step 3 (Mixing all ingredients)
Strain vegetables and spaghetti and place back in pan with
oil over low heat. Add mushrooms and creamy sauce and stir.
Add in mixed egg, parmasean, garlic, salt and pepper.




Raging Red Risotto (Made in Italy)

Thanks to the following ingredients:

Risotto rice (aborio), tinned tuna, capsicum, zucchini, eggplant,
tinned tomatoes (chopped), carrot, vegetable stock, parmasean cheese,
white wine, olive oil, rocket, salt, pepper, garlic, cumin
Step 1 (Preparing the vegetables)
Chop up vegetables (capsicum, zucchini, eggplant, carrot),
fry with some olive oil till soft.
Add aborio rice and stir for a few minutes.
Step 2: (Producing the flavour)
Add tinned tomatoes and water till vegetables and rice covered,
let boil until water evapourates, whilst boiling add tinned tuna,
spices, stock and wine. Stir when required.
Step 3: (Making it creamy)
When water has nearly evapourated continuously stir and add
parmasean cheese.

Leek and Mushroom Quiche (Made in Italy)



Thanks to the following ingredients:

Dough - flour, butter, ice cold water
Filling - eggs (4), leek, mushroom (handful), onion (1),

capsicum (1), mozzarella, salt, pepper



Step 1 (making the dough)
Mix cubes of butter and flour to breadcrumb consistency,
then add two tablespoons of ice cold water and mix till it forms dough,
place in fridge for 30minutes.
Step two (setting the dough)
Line baking dish with dough, cut up vegetables and place in
foil within the dough, cook in oven for 10min.
Step three (creating the body)
Take vegetables out of foil layer on dough, pour over egg
and place sections of mozzarella, place in oven for 40minutes or until
firm and golden.

Vegetarian Lasagne (Made in Italy)

Thanks to the following ingredients:
carrot, onion, leek, tomato flour (2 tbs), butter (1 tbs)
whole peeled tomatoes (1 tin), red wine (dash)
oregano, salt, pepper, sugar (sprinkle), capsicum
vegetable stock (1 cube), parmesan cheese (1tbs)
lasagne sheets (approx 9), mozzarella (1 clump)


Step 1 (preparation of vegetables)
Cut up the vegetables - carrot, onion, tomato, leek, capsicum
Simmer in frypan on medium heat with oil and a bit of water
Cover frypan with aluminium foil to help with the simmering
Step 2 (simmering sauce)
Cut up tomato, garlic and add to simmering vegetables
Also sprinkle some oregano, salt, pepper and a small
dusting of sugar.
