Leek and Mushroom Quiche (Made in Italy)



Thanks to the following ingredients:

Dough - flour, butter, ice cold water
Filling - eggs (4), leek, mushroom (handful), onion (1),

capsicum (1), mozzarella, salt, pepper



Step 1 (making the dough)
Mix cubes of butter and flour to breadcrumb consistency,
then add two tablespoons of ice cold water and mix till it forms dough,
place in fridge for 30minutes.
Step two (setting the dough)
Line baking dish with dough, cut up vegetables and place in
foil within the dough, cook in oven for 10min.
Step three (creating the body)
Take vegetables out of foil layer on dough, pour over egg
and place sections of mozzarella, place in oven for 40minutes or until
firm and golden.
